INP develops widely used curricula and pedagogical exercises to help key decision makers learn and apply our innovative psychological frameworks to their daily leadership practice. We design a diverse array of curricula, including those aimed at mitigating polarization and negotiating identity-based divisions. Our curricula target a range of groups, from senior global leaders to college students. In our commitment to advancing the psychology of conflict resolution, we venture into unique learning methodologies. A notable example is our collaboration with renowned artist Romero Britto. Under the guidance of Professor Shapiro, Britto and students created artwork that vividly captures essential themes of conflict resolution. These pictures are now on display at Harvard University and are now integral to Professor Shapiro’s negotiation trainings worldwide.
