How can disputants resolve conflicts implicating identity? INP is building curricula to advance frameworks introduced in Negotiating the Nonnegotiable: How to Resolve Your Most Emotionally Charged Conflicts (Shapiro, Penguin Press)INP faculty, staff, and research associates are building pedagogical materials to help people better understand and address identity-based complexities of conflict resolution. Teams are currently working on a training curriculum and industry-specific curricula materials. Researchers are refining and field-testing ideas and have presented emerging approaches through keynotes and conference presentations for the World Economic Forum, 6th & I in Washington, DC, the United Nations, and many other venues.
