The Harvard International Negotiation Program operates on a global scale, equipping key decision makers with frameworks and tools to effectively address the emotional and identity-based aspects of large-scale conflict and collective healing. Our program encompasses a range of activities, including facilitation of working groups on conflict resolution, trainings for senior government leaders, and hosting of the INP Distinguished Lecture Series, which features heads of state and leading security experts providing perspective on the role of identity in conflict resolution. Collaborating with various esteemed partners, including the World Economic Forum and the Negotiation Strategies Institute, our program aims to foster a deeper understanding and effective management of complex conflicts.
