IPNP

The Israeli-Palestinian Negotiating Partners (IPNP) is a network designed to enhance the negotiation skills of key Palestinian and Israeli individuals involved in the peace process. In conjunction with the Harvard Negotiation Project and Mercy Corps, INP faculty (including Roger Fisher, Bruce Patton, Marshall Ganz and Daniel Shapiro) helped train over sixty participants. The systematic training focused on the processes of negotiation, providing participants with in-depth skills training on interest-based negotiation, models to dismantle procedural and structural obstacles to negotiation, and frameworks to overcome the emotional and cultural challenges of negotiation.
