Research is at the core of INP’s mission. Our research has contributed to major peace efforts as well as to successful local interventions to bridge political and social divides. We conduct interdisciplinary investigation into the emotional and identity-based roots of conflict, seeking to advance both the scientific field of conflict resolution as well as its practical impact on the world at large. We translate our research findings into educational curricula, skills, and language and spread them globally to individuals and groups.
