Qing is a Teaching Fellow for Negotiation and Conflict Management: From the Interpersonal to the International. She is the founder and a Conflict Resolution Facilitator at Strait Talk Hong Kong, a Meditation Group Leader at Heart Chan, and a Co-Chair of the Sustainable Peace Working Group 2017-18 for Religions and the Practice of Peace at Harvard Divinity School. While her research concerns comparative institutional design with a focus on the communist and post-communist states, she has been an active peace practitioner addressing issues such as the cross-Taiwan Strait relations, spirituality and inter-faith dialogues; and was a public relations consultant at Burson-Marsteller. Qing received her AM in East Asian Studies from Harvard University, an MA in Political Science from National Taiwan University, and a BSocSc in Politics and Public Administration from The University of Hong Kong.
